1. COMPETITIONβ
Platforms: Cross Platform β PlayStation, Xbox, and PC
Game: Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
Team Size: 4v4
Match Structure: Best of 3 games β first team to win 2 games wins the match
Mode Order (BO3):
- Game 1: Hardpoint
- Game 2: Search and Destroy
- Game 3: Control
2. PLAYERSβ
- Each team's roster must consist of at least 4 players (more is strongly advised) and no more than 8 players
- Players may only be added to a team created by a coach, advisor, or team manager officially representing their school
- A player may represent only one team's roster in the same MiHSEF Call of Duty competition
Any number of players may be substituted between maps (NOT within a game) as long as they are rostered and meet requirements.
- Both teams must provide a minimum of 3 players (out of 4) at the beginning of each game
- If a team loses 2 or more players via disconnect during a game and falls below the 3-player threshold, they forfeit the remainder of that game
- If a team cannot field the required players for additional games, they forfeit the remainder of the match

- Game 2: Search and Destroy
- Game 3: Control
Seeding & Teamsβ
- Higher seeded team chooses to be Team A or Team B
- For unseeded matches, a coin flip determines Team A or Team B
Hardpoint Map Vetoβ
- A bans one map from pool
- B bans one remaining map
- A picks Map 1 from remaining
- B picks the side on Map 1
Search and Destroy Map Vetoβ
- B bans one map
- A bans one remaining map
- B picks Map 2 from remaining
- A picks the side on Map 2
Control Map Vetoβ
- A bans one map
- B picks Map 3 from remaining
- A picks the side on Map 3
Host Processβ
- Team A selects the first game to host
- Team B hosts the remaining two games
- Side choice goes to whichever team is not hosting
If incorrect players are present or incorrect settings are loaded, the match should be stopped and reset. If a game is completed before realizing the error, the game results stand and teams continue to the next game.
Teams are allowed to spectate in-game with a 2-minute delay and permission from both teams.
4. GAME SETTINGSβ
The following settings are from the official MiHSEF ruleset. Apply these exactly before starting any match.

5. GAMEPLAYβ
Report match results in Fenworks promptly after the match.
Breaks: Teams may take up to 10 minutes between games unless a shorter or longer time is agreed upon. If the 10-minute period passes without agreement, the game will be forfeited.
6. STOPPAGE OF PLAYβ
- Each team is allowed 2 Tactical Timeouts per game
- May only be called during the buy phase of a round
- Limited to 60 seconds each
Each team may pause up to 3 times per game (across all players) for:
- Player Disconnect/Drop
- Server Crash
- Hardware or internet outage
Rules:
- Any player on the team can call a pause
- Maximum 10 minutes combined pause time per game
- If exceeded, the team forfeits the current game unless the opposing team agrees to extend
- Before unpausing, both teams must confirm readiness. Failure to notify the opposing team may result in a forfeit. The opponent has up to 2 minutes to agree to resume after a restart request
- If a player disconnects before the first round starts, the game may be restarted by either team's request
- If a player disconnects after the first round starts, their team may use a pause to allow reconnection (counts as one pause)
Good faith restarts are allowed but both teams must use the exact same players and agents as the original game. Restarting an entire round or game after it has been played is not permitted.
7. RESTRICTIONSβ
- All weapons, agents, weapon skins, and buddies are allowed except those disabled in competitive mode or banned by the official Call of Duty tournament rules
- Any intentional use of bugs, exploits, game file modification, or third-party applications that give an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
- MiHSEF will determine violations. See the anti-cheating policy in the MiHSEF advisor's packet
